Intestinal gas production by the gut microbiota: A review

چکیده
In addition to causing embarrassment, intestinal gas can be associated with more serious symptoms. This review provides an overview of production by the human gut microbiome and outlines foods gas. Bacteroides, Ruminococcus, Roseburia, Clostridium, Eubacterium, Desulfovibrio, Methanobrevibacter are among most abundant microbes responsible for More than 99% is composed hydrogen, carbon dioxide, methane, while less 1% other odiferous compounds. Food groups include pulses, vegetables, fruits, grains, and, some individuals, dairy. These rich in non–digestible carbohydrates such as raffinose family oligosaccharides, fructans, polyols, sensitive lactose. fermented colonic bacteria produce gases directly or cross–feeding. Additional research on microbiota may help mitigate symptoms linked

Intestinal Immunity and Gut Microbiota in Atherogenesis
Atherosclerosis is a chronic inflammatory disease. Interventions targeting the inflammatory process could provide new strategies for preventing atherosclerotic cardiovascular diseases (CVD). Previously, we have reported that oral administration of anti-CD3 antibodies, or active vitamin D3, reduced atherosclerosis in mice via recruiting regulatory T cells and tolerogenic dendritic cells to the g...
متن کاملInteraction between Intestinal Microbiota and Serotonin Metabolism
Gut microbiota regulates the production of signaling molecules, such as serotonin or 5-Hydroxytryptamine: 5-HT in the host. Serotonin is a biogenic amine that acts as a neurotransmitter in the gut and brain. There is a perfect interaction between human gastrointestinal microbiota and the serotonin system. The gut microbiota plays an important role in the serotonin signaling pathways through the...

Non-responsiveness or poor responsiveness to vaccines are challenging issues in vaccine development, and efforts have been made to find out the potential reasons for these conditions. Intestinal microbiome plays a key role in regulating and development of immune system and the composition and diversity of microbiota in different individuals on the one hand, and the imbalance of intestinal micro...
